This statement was developed in accordance with the Government Data Collection and Dissemination Practices Act, Chapter 38 of Title 2.2 of the Code of Virginia , requiring all public bodies that maintain an Internet website to develop an Internet privacy statement and post it on its website by January 1, 2001, and with the guidelines promulgated by the Secretary of Technology.
